Wind is air that resides in the atmosphere btw.
Winds strengths are that it can cut trhough a lot of objects and its fast and all around.
Winds weaknesses are few except for fire.

Sorry sensei I'll try harder this time. * I close my eyes and start focusing chakra into my hand and as I start to sweat I add more chakra and at the point of exaustion I push my limits and add wind chakra to my normal chakra making the air start to pick up and start blowing wildly around my hand and as I open my eyes the leaf rips in two and falls gently to the ground and all the wind stops * Was that good sensei.

*I walk to the waterfall and look up* (Sigh) * I close my eyes as if meditating while focusing chakra to my hands, Then I add some wind chakra as my chakra levels start to raise I sustain my wind chakra, I keep the chakra flowing greatly as I place my hand in the waterfall, As I release my chakra the waterfall starts to rise and and fall So I add even more wind chakra and it starts to come to a still point* Is this right sensei?

*I walk over to the 2nd waterfall and begin pushing enormus amounts of chakra to my hands as I start adding wind chakra I start thinking back on memories that effected me emotionally, As all the thoughts are racing I push every bit of wind chakra I could into my hands, Upon slaming my hands in the water I make the waterfall rise quickly and stop exactly in the middle * (Exausted) How was that sensei?

I have learned that wind can be gentle, peaceful, and it can also be fierce, sharp, deadly.
Wind is very strong and is a go with the flow element.
(Sorry if I didn't describe enough it seems as I can't go in to detail)
