There is nothing much about it:weak blending,zero depth,messed up flaw ect.Also text bad,it's too random.Even good GFXers sometimes fail at making texts so if you feel you're not good enough with making it - leave it like that.+Adding a nice border won't be a bad thing.
All i can suggest you for now is to watch some tutorials about creating depth,usage of fractals and blending(well begin with basis) and just keep practicing
