Can anyone make an avy of this stock:

150x300 (yes 150x300 I didn't make a typo) just cut it nicely, if you can make the avy have more of a white glow then it'll be nice, also can put "Legend" on the avy with a nice text and add a white border (yes white border, not a typo) or a border like the one in my avy that has two, first color black and the next one can be white.

Also with this picture, could you write "t.A.t.U" somewhere where it looks nice.
