a creator really. ok heres a question for that, what made the creator? it didnt create itself. if there is a creator can we agree he was created by accident maybe nothingness collasped in on it self and made one all mighty being who then created the universe and everything in it including the egg and hen.

This question is a dangerous question. If chicken is proclaimed, then where did the chicken from? The egg. Where did the egg come from? God. How did God come into existence? God's "creator"? How did this creator come into existence?... You get my point. This could go on forever, but all I know is that there has to be a starting point, but humans are natural speculators and we insist on questioning the unquestionable.

The only answer that would make sense at this point would be evolution, the hen is probably an evolved species of one that appeared before it, and though I have no evidence to prove this, I feel it is a valid theory
