1, 2, 3 and 5 are false, 4 are truths. <Fact There's only 1 truth.

4 follows the same thing as 1 and 2 all three of them are truths.
Yea, I misread lawl. I'm assuming statement 5 is incorrect, but I'll do this again when I'm more awake.

no one has got it right so far.

for anyone saying that the only statement which is wrong is 3, you're doing a mistake because statement two says statement 3 and 5 are either both true and false. if both are true, there is a contradiction. if both are false, then it's not all the other 4 statements excluding the third that are correct.

i'm impressed because this is extremely easy to figure out.

1, Statement 2 and Statement 5 are either both truths or both lies.
2. Statement 3 and Statement 5 are either both truths or both lies.
3. Exactly two of the statements are truths.
4. Statement 1 and Statement 2 are either both truths or both lies.
5. Statement 3 is a lie.

Which statements are true and which are false?

There can only be 1 real Solution for this without contradicting Oneanother

And Sparks here gave it to you

1. T
2. F
3. T
4. F
5. F

I'll explain how his Answer is Accurate

If Statement 1 is true then both 2 and 5 are either both false or true, if we consider them both true then statement 5 and 3 would end up conradicting one another, but if we consider both 2 and 5 false then it would result like this

1-True "2 and 5 being false"
2-False "meaning only 1 statement is true here either 3 or 5, we already etablished 5 is false so 3 must be true"
3-True
4-False "because statement 1 and 2 arent both lies or truth, 1 of them is right 1 of them is true"
5-False "already etablished"

Statement 3 states that exactly 2 statements are true and we have proved that here
Statement 5 says 3 is a lie which means statement 5 is a lie considering above

So there you go, all other Solutions have 1 or 2 contradictions in them except this

But since you act like everyone has been wrong so far and you are so clever, why dont you Give us your Solution so I can correct you?

1. Statement 2 and Statement 5 are either both truths or both lies. (true) 2 and 5 are both truths.
2. Statement 3 and Statement 5 are either both truths or both lies. (true) 3 and 5 are both truths.
3. Exactly two of the statements are truths. (true) 2 statements are truths.
4. Statement 1 and Statement 2 are either both truths or both lies. (true) 1 and 2 are both truths.
5. Statement 3 is a lie. (true) 3 said only 2, so it's a trick question. 2 of the 3 are truths, but not only just 2.
He said Simple Logic, youre making it a Trick Question.

Statement 3 says "Exactly" 2 of the statements are True, meaning the rest is false, no need for tricks here.

and 5 youre squeezing it to fit ur answer, it says 3 is a "lie" Not a trick, youre describing a trick.

The answer me and sparkinsons gave is the only logical solution

Yes, there are 5. 1,2 and 4 are truths, so 3 is true for saying there are 2, but also a lie because it's not exactly 2, but 3, and 5 is true because 3 did lie about it being exactly 2.

if 3 isnt exactly true, then it doesnt count as truth

(2) cant be true coz then (3) and (5) would contradict each other. So (5) must be false as well. [If (1) would be false, and (5) true, it'd mean that (4) is true, but then (3) should be true too which is a contradiction. So (5) cant be true. ] It makes (3) true, which means only one more statement can be true, that is (1) : (2) and (5) are both false. It makes (4) false as well.
So its T F T F F
