Listen i dont have time to find the manga pages, but let me explain something.
Based off hype we have received from both sides of the hashi vs hiruzen, who is stronger, I conclude that hashi was the strongest. In no way am I saying that Hashi rapes Hiruzen....Both were op kages.
Below is the examples of their hype.(and feats)

Beat Madara and Kurama
The countless examples of edo madara saying that hashi was the only one who could stop him.....
Uber healing technique, said to be superior to tsunades
Controlled the bijuu, and gave them out to the villages.
Taught hiruzen
Hiruzen
God of shinobi
The professor(knows all techniques in konoha)
The strongest kage(i checked before....i never saw it say he was the strongest hokage)
Stopped the first 2 hokages while in old age
Knows multiple elements
taught by the 2 kages
taught the sannin
detailed anaylsis
Now i have used madara saying hashi is the only one to stop him....let me clarify what that means.....that means that hashi, would only be able to STOP madara.....incompacitate or something.....sorta like at vote, but hashi dies in the process, or like hiruzen did against the hokages
Simply in summary
People believe in how strong hiruzen was...thats why he was known as a "god " of shinobi.....but hashi's power was considered to be a fairy tale,.....and the so6p was considered a myth"fairy tale"
so essentially base on hype said by more normal people hashi was similar to so6p level, and hiruzen was pains level(based off the "gods" and the "fairy tales"
and then you have the fact that edo madara said many many times that only hashi could stop him......
madara wouldve known how strong hiruzen was, and if hiruzen was really stronger then madara wouldve said the the 3rd and hashi are the only ones that can stop him
all this being said i still think that a prime hashi vs prime hiruzen would be like a vote battle....just with hashi winning
In conclusion you can see that hashi > hiruzen in feats and hype
However they are both still complete Badasses and are not to be messed with.

The answer is pain. Pain was regarded as a god as well and yet he did lose to naruto(i know that that was special circumstances, but he still did beat all the paths, which were what was regarded as "god"
so useing the described power level, naruto>prime hiruzen.....
while that may not be entirely true, we are going based off hype here....since that is what the fanboys use....

And all the time edo madara said only hashi could stop him.....madara was aproximately younger than 50 when hiruzen became kage(so madara wouldve had knowledge of hiruzens power)....
