For starters if Naruto is just going to summon spam it up, why didn't he summon gamabunta in their part 1 fight? That's what I thought.

Naruto has gamabunta's respect. Part 1naruto didn't. Like sasuke naruto didn't have respect from the boss summon. Bunta only fought because gamaichi asked him to since naruto protected gamaichi.

By pain arc he can give them orders without second thought and they'll listen.

Would probably give it to naruto due to clones, and the argument for sasuke defeating 1000 shinobi isnt really valid here considering he most likely used sharigan and his curse mark powers, I don't believe sasuke would had stayed in base against 1000 shinobi.

Anyways I don't see current base naruto getting speed blitzed like before in the beginning of part 2, although sasuke is faster. And I don't see sasuke's katon take care of so many clones. But it could go either way due to sasuke's chidori variants but with narutos clones and chakra reserves he would probably take it.
