Your comparison is completely different. He doesn't even know who Manda II is, let alone seen him and fought along with him. You summon the one you choose to summon, if you haven't seen him you cannot possibly call for him to aid you in a battle. Never claimed you stated he needs it, I am saying it is the only way he's ever shown to achieve the correct conditions. He was waiting for the storm conditions, Itachi running out of chakra is irrelevant. However, you need to create storm conditions. Saying Bunta used oil (when he doesn't even have to) for Sasuke to use Katon on is one thing. Saying that Katon will be capable of creating thunderclouds is fallacy. Amateratsu is the only thing shown to have that to this date in the manga. You also claim he will be igniting every place, but how? I already stated Bunta doesn't need to use oil. If you are claiming he's igniting the ground in the battle location than that also isn't possible. Trees are also scarce in that location. He will use a Katon and then it will not be present anymore. Naruto does indeed have access to them, in addition to a SM Toad, and three others that are extremely powerful.

You just contradicted yourself pretty badly. Check the scan again. The last one says that after making the contract, they are able to summon any toad from Myōbokuzan, which is correct. Compare this - if Sasuke made the ritual, would he be able to summon them anyway? No, he wouldn't. Would Naruto be able to summon them? Yes, after all he has made the contract. But you're missing this sentence in the first scan, let me re-post it;

Sasuke was too focused on killing Sakura to even notice anyone else coming, and considering that Sakura came from behind as well, then it's enough to say that because of Sasuke's blindness and without having his Sharingan activated, that he got surprised. It's not because Naruto is faster, and if you want to show scans better than this speed.

Naruto's base was at it's peak as well, he had grown so much and even achieving SM was a feat greater than Jiraya and he even mastered it better than Minato!! Naruto was stronger than Sasuke as confirmed by Zetsu and Naruto himself U_U

I already gave my reasons on his speed, but everythin else would go like this.
Naruto creates a bunch of Shadow Clones.
Sasuke uses fire style to blaze them all.
Naruto goes for a sneak assault (not that it will work)
Sasuke uses Chidori Nagashi to pulverize his movements.
Naruto realizes that Taijutsu won't work against Sasuke's Sword skills.
Naruto summons Gamamunta.
Sasuke summons Aoda and dodges Gama's toad oil or fire jutsu, as Aoda has shown to be very swift with movement.
If Sasuke wants to get coverage and aerial assaults the Sasuke will summon his hawk.

Sasuke use long ranged ninjutsu's to attack Naruto.
*Take note that Naruto can't use his FRS in base because he will ne injured afterwards.
Sasuke has more advantage in ninjutsu, speed, Taijutsu, Kinjutsu, and summoning's.

Sasuke takes this quite handily.
