Kishi very obviously made Sasuke a lot like Madara in the fight intentionally. It's not just the hair, there's one point where Sasuke stands exactly like Edo-Madara did when he looked bored, uninterested and had that "I'm too strong for you losers" expression. The Naruto VS Sasuke Valley of the End battle was very much meant to parallel the Hashirama VS Madara Valley of the End.
Sasuke is very similar to Madara and even looks like him even when not Curse Seal, and Itachi is more like Izuna, so you're right, but in some places for the wrong reasons.

This is quite wrong. Sasuke doesn't know how to love and him being unable to forgive the elders is not because of love for his brother. It all stems from the torment the massacre put on HIM. He hunted down Itachi to kill him to gain revenge for making Sasuke's life a misery by killing the clan. Sasuke's Revenge is selfish in this way.
When he was trying to kill Itachi, he didn't love Itachi. And when he found out the truth, he goes and decides to take a big shit on EVERYTHING Itachi worked for, on ALL the sacrifices made and the ordeal Itachi went through. It was pretty obvious that destroying Konoha would be the LAST thing Itachi would have wanted, but Sasuke didn't even respect Itachi's wishes.
Even when Itachi himself told Sasuke that destroying Konoha is against everything Itachi has stood for his whole life and everything meaningful to Itachi, Sasuke insisted he would persist on. It's revenge; it's personal and it's selfish. If it was anything else, Sasuke would have been conflicted about getting revenge on Itachi in the first place. If he loved his family equally and was doing it for his family, how could he kill the brother he loved to avenge the parents he that he just as much loved? That would be contradictory. Unless he loved his parents more, but then again, that brings us back to it still being personal and selfish, not really about love.
But it wasn't for his parents or even really for his clan that he wanted to get revenge on Itachi. It was for himself; for the torment that losing those people put him through, and he needs to find the origin of what caused him that torment: At first it was Itachi, then it was Danzo, now it's the Elders, and somehow the WHOLE of Konoha. It's ultimately selfish. Sasuke doesn't love anybody but himself. This isn't about love. This is about the self and egoistic anger.
Sasuke is more selfish and egoistic and about the glory in this way. Madara is the same. In contrast, Itachi was more about everybody else but himself, completely working himself into the ground selflessly for his brother, for Konoha and at times for the clan, whilst Sasuke did everything he wanted to do and for himself. But IMO, Itachi is more evil than Sasuke just because what his method of doing things selflessly were very harmful to others, especially Sasuke. Itachi very much made Sasuke the way he was with his methods. He encouraged Sasuke to be selfish, egoistic, arrogant, glory-seeking and to mostly care about himself so that he could cling onto life and survive.
From what we've heard, Izuna is similar to Itachi in the sense that he was selfless when it came to his brother. But there isn't really enough on Izuna to say he's that similar to Itachi. At the minute, the accounts on what Izuna did and how Madara got the EMS are sketchy... Itachi said Madara took Izuna's eyes by force, Tobi said Izuna offered it to him, but Tobi has been outed as a liar more than once already, so we shall see.
