Intelligence
Minato and Sasuke are both praise for being intellectual characters and have earn the title of 'Genius'. They both are very observant on the battlefield and can analyze a person or jutsu weakness after one time of seeing the jutsu used.. They also both plan ahead and have multiple strategies for a battle in case the first one or two attempts fail..
speed
Minato and Sasuke are arguably two of the fastest shinobis in the history of the manga without cloak enhancements and there speed has been called 'God like'. They both utilize speed in battle to quickly gain the upper hand or just out right end the battle with one swift blow..
Creativity
Minato and Sasuke are both known for there ability to learn a jutsu,advance even further and create there own.. Minato did this with the creation of Resengan and advance the FTG beyond even the creator Tobirama.. Sasuke did the same with the creation of Kirin and the advancement of the chidori even further than Kakashi. The Resengan is created with the highest degree of shape Manipulation and Kirin is created by using Nature itself.. Two both amazing feats.
Training
They both were train by two of the legendary Sannin Jiraiya and Orochimaru, that was made famous for there battle with the great Hanzou.. Each receive great praise by the Sannin, stating they are far beyond them at such a young age and talent like that comes one in a decade..
Space time jutsu
Minato and Sasuke usage of space time jutsu techs allow them to compete with just about anyone in the manga. It also allows them to escape the most deadly situations and and gain the advantage in most hopeless situations. Space time jutsu is also a great support for helping put comrades in need..
