There was no need to make this thread, but thats a trivial thing.
Now I assume that you want to learn the Katon Element.
What is Fire?
What is it's relation to chakra and us ninja?
What is Fire Strong against and what is Fire Weak against?

Fire is one of the basic thing we need to live. We can also describe fire as a infinite weapon in a battle field. Fire is created by increasing the temperature of the chakra a ninja possess. When chakra is reached to such temperatures it starts to form fore which can be molded into balls swords or hurricanes.
What is it's relation to chakra and us ninja?
Shinobi's and fire are related with many living threads:
FIGHTING-- Shinobi use there chakra to control the element of fire the possess within them by warming their chakra. they use it to afflict a burning damage to their opponents.
KEEPING WARM-- Ninja's and other people use fire to stay alive. Fire keeps us warm and allows us to blend in the surroundings.
COOKING-- We cook food with fire to provide us with the energy we need to live.

Fire is strong against wind because when wind comes in contact with fire it strengthens it and fire eats it.

As you create a ring of fire around me, i immediately starts feeling the warmth and heat of fire. As i am just thinking about the fire my feeling slightly shift towards the burning intensity and pain it holds in it.

*Will i feel the burn and pain that this fire possess*
*On the other hand the warmth it gives me and the soothing affect i get when it is somewhere around me*

-I start feeling the ring of fire even more as if its starts circling around me and as if its following me-
-And i feel the lava rising towards me-
-I feel the chakra within me getting warmer as i go into deeper thoughts and i feel as if its fire in my chakra networks telling me to be a master-
-I slowly open my eyes-

-I then gather all my feelings in my heart take a deep breath and expel my chakra slowly in the surroundings and what i felt was that i have become one with fire-

You start to build up some actual fire chakra
"Okay good. Now I want you to focus that feeling, now known as Fire/Katon chakra, into your mouth. Then use that feeling to breathe out a small amount of fire."

-I start the essence of that feeling again in my body and i discover that increasing the temperature of my chakra and body creates fire in me-

-When it is almost in my mouth, flash of light is seen and then i push my head back and then forward releasing the fire in somewhat circular type shape-

Good, now I know where to start from your performance.
Since you seem to be in a different time area than me I will give you lists to do instead of the normal situation.
I wish for your to concentrate and gather chakra, your fire chakra of course.
Then I wish for your to practice this. ~shows you assorted hand seals.~ I want you to continue to practice those for 2 to 3 posts. Then I wish for you to practice this.
~I make handseals and gather fire chakra to blow gas from my mouth that I created from my lungs and chakra.~
This is kinda like blowing smoke instead of fire. Force your chakra into your lungs and don't make an ignition of any kind. Just blow the fuel, the floating gas, away from you with your mouth and then ignite it with your fire ball.
I want you to do that 3 times. Remember to not hurt yourself.
Then I want you to practice this. ~I inhale a bunch of air and while doing so make the handseals to gather chakra. I then shoot a larger version of your recently performed fireball.~
This is basically the same thing as your first fireball jutsu, but much more intense, bigger, and more concentration. Work on the hand seals and the concentration of fire chakra to make a larger fireball than before. I want you to do this 3 times as well.
If you can do both of those, then use them together on a target clone or dummy and post this last. After that you will earn the two jutsus.
Remember practice the handseals, and perform each jutsu 3 times. Then after that just perform them in a combo on a target.
