Yay! xd You have to give me a copy of that pic. I know what a summoning jutsu is but don't know any yet. Its that technique where you make a contract with an animal who also practices ninjutsu. You can call them for backup, and do some combo attack/defense with them.

Hand Seals: Boar, Dog, Bird, Monkey, Ram, Palm On Ground
Description:To summon the creature the ninja will wipe blood on the hand, perform the necessary handseals and then touch their hand to the ground or another object. Though it appears that as long as significant pressure is placed against the blood in some form, the summon will be complete. There can be variations to the summoning steps, some ninja like Temari will wipe blood on her fan, then by swinging the fan the animal is summoned. Other ninja like Orochimaru wipe the blood across a snake tattoo on their arm first, then touch the ground.
I want you to bite the thumb that you used on the contract, make the handsigns above, and then slam your hand on the ground and use your chakra to summon a secretary bird

Raiden has an affinity to Lightning and uses air friction and his special feathers on his wings to make static electricity, he then can use them for Raiton jutsu. Raiden can use Raiton jutsu up to S-Rank (but only four times per battle). The user can stand on Raiden as long as he does not touch his wings.
Note:
-Can only be taught by So6p and Ragerok
-Can be summoned once per battle and stays for 4 turns
-Raiden can use up to S-Rank jutsu (only four times per battle)
-Must be the only summon the user has on the field
-Must have signed the Secretary Bird contract.

*The wind whooshed to announce the arrival of the mighty Raiden. Looking up I see him glide down the sky with incomparable valor. He lands right in front of me and stood up towering me. He stooped down his neck a little to stare at me.
