i try to upload my sig but it wont work theres no url bar and underneath sig permissions it says can upload pic for sig No

I don't quite get what u mean, but, upload the image to photobucket, and then put it in your sig using the

You must be registered for see images

tags. I'm sure its gonna work

go to photobucket.com, create an account, and upload the picture u want to put in your sig. When u finish, copy the link under the image (in photobuchet) that says

You must be registered for see images

upload a image to the albums here on NB then click on the image and theres a BB code, copy that then post it for ur sig

you can better try another image hosting site,
i have bad experience with photobucket
because accounts get disabled after surpressing the bandwith of 10 mb
