Cuz as we know madara use hashirana dna
And it fused Indra and Ashura chakra
To make Hagaromo chakra.

But current chap we see Hagaromo being release

That means madara lost his Hagaromo chakra

And he doesn't just revert back to his normal self

That just shows madara died. The Hagaromo chakra that was created inside from hashi DNA was released.
