In the last chapter it was well alluded to that Madara was going to be revived again by edo tensei, in order for the Hokages to determine what happened. I'm guessing the whole point of doing this is to not only give Madara a chance to see the sins of his way and that he was played for a fool by Black Zetsu, but to give the Hokages a means of rejoining the battle. Madara died with the full power of the third eye. Surely when revived he will still have this and use that power to bring he and the hokages into the other dimension.
