Significance of Juubi eye during Gaara speech

While Gaara was addressing the troops (which I might say was quite epic) the Juubi eye was shown in the sky, trying to figure out the significance of having that in the scene. Any ideas.....:shrug:

I remember this, right after gaara said "their is only shinbo now."The Juubi's eye flashed for a second. You can take it two ways, tobi's plan for peace is coming together and he is not evil. Or they all have one common enemy.But it's weird how it came right after he said we are only shinobi now

They only showed it because the seconds before they showed Tobi talk about his plan to the kages :D
