I don't really like it, it's empty. Good work on the effects though.

Not bad :) It's definitely got potential, the render placement is great and the flow is on the right path.
If you look for smudge signature tutorials on DeviantArt, I'm sure you can make this an awesome piece.
Smudge signatures take a lot of practice to master though. >_o

Hmm it's okay, but it seems empty; try adding something else or make the sig into an avi. Also is seems like her right arm is missing. You might want to add more to the background or change the background for it doesn't blend so much.

Still a nice job, just needs some refining.

Do not open the spoiler when you are in a bad mood.

I will just make a list and point out each individual thing rather then trying to make a story.
  • I suck at text, so I am not the best giver of CnC on that category. Anyway try to place the text close to the render, otherwise you will create multiple focals.
  • The BG looks very empty and the effects which you used make it at certain parts actually worse then it already is. For example on the right side, it looks like noise in the BG which doesnt belong there.
  • Perhaps you might not have noticed it, but the BG effects make it loks like Jessica Alba had her shoulder removed.
  • The render doesnt match the BG at all. Try to use a BG which match with the color(s) of the render.
  • You see shadowing on the render, but in your signature you lack a lightsource. You can easily create one by using a white soft brush and brush around the edge of the sig where the lightsource is supposed to be.
  • A white-black double layered border doesnt look that good when the BG of the signature has a light color.
This covers most of it and please don't get upset about my post, I am only trying to help you improve.
