Signature Request

The Signature I want is the picture of my current sig, if you click the link where my sig is you will see the picture, I basically just want that with Pains face shining in a way light glittering as if the sun is refelcting off of it and the background the same design as my avatars. The frame is 401 x 355. Im new to the whole picture signature thing so if I messed something up please dont hate. XD
