Signature Request (lots of work)

Would it be possible for someone to make a proper Signature out of this ?

- Make the Image wider rather than taller
- Background ( if possible outside)
- Colour
- Heading that says Team 7 in light blue colour and a nice font.

Im fine with it being cut up to where naruto holds his hands in a peace sign.
And if possible I'd like for Kakashi to stay in the picture I suppose that would take some redrawing though Lol
