Can Upload Images for Signature: No

Umm...I don't get why, but on the edit signature selection for my profile says what it says above.
I don't get why and how this happened, but please anyone who works for the base fix this issue.
Sorry for asking so much about in two other threads already, but I love having a signature with pictures
