Everyone has a signature jutsu that just really defines their character. I made a list, tell me if you agree/disagree!
Naruto - Rasengan. In Part I i think it was the shadow clone technique but I think it's now the rasengan.
Sasuke - Chidori. It was the jutsu he attacked his older brother with. It was the jutsu that clashed with Naruto's rasengan. He developed a couple of other variants too.
Kakashi - Lightning blade. I'm going to stop writing explanations now because at this rate it will take me all night.
Sakura - her chakra control and strength in general
Gai - Dynamic entry
Lee - Primary Lotus
Neji - general Byakugan usage
Hinata - general Byakugan
Kiba - Tsugan
Choji - Expansion jutsu
Ino - Mind Transfer Jutsu
Shikamaru -shadow posession technique
Killer Bee - Lariat
Ay - Lariat
Itachi - Genjutsu in general is what he specializes in, although he is not at all lacking in the ninjutsu department.
Jiraiya - Summoning technique
Minato - Flying thunder god
Tsunade - Medical ninjutsu in general, not just specific to byakugou
Orochimaru - Oral rebirth. This may seem like a strange choice to you, but I think it perfectly shows Orochimaru's character with his grossness, creepy mad scientist, snake-obsessed persona, and how he literally sheds his skin like a snake.
Kisame - use of Samehada in general.
Kabuto - Edo Tensei. It is the jutsu that defined him since that is how he contributed to his side of the war effort, and his Edos really fked the Shinobi Alliance and cost them a lot of men.
Danzo - izanagi
Onoki - jinton
