If it violates that size limit and forces y-axis scrolling, is it reportable? If so, what is the proper way to report somebody's signature?

Well, first I kindly informed him that his signature was too large and asked if he'd resize it in a PM. Seeing as it was forcing the page to y-axis scroll, I felt that was a reasonable request. Then he decided to be rude about it, and reported one of his posts already. Even before I got responses on this thread.

Hopefully action will be taken. Swift morbid justice by means of lethal injection would be nice.
