right click: image url copy, go to user cp, edit signature, remove your image, add imag and past image url

Its a long story without subtitles~_~, it is an animation made in Photoshop, to learn it, you need to know how to create animations first, but if you don't then, you could search for tuts on animation. If you need to ask me any other thing, the drop a VM in my profile o_<
