Can someone tell me if you are able to make sigs on a mobile device and can anyone make a sig for me I need help with it

Well i cant make a signature on my Nokia but i dont think you can dude,you can make signatures with the format 600 x 300,i would be happy to help i just need a preferred pic that you want on your signature.

And I need the last picture from chapter 647 when Naruto and Sauke are side by side with BSM cloak and Sussano or the last panel from 648 when Naruto and Sasuke both get up from ground and say lets finish him with our next attack

As far as I know you can't make a signature on your phone, unless you have a smartphone that supports photoshop but it will be a lot of hard work to make one and not sure if the result will be really satisfying.
