Signature help/request

Hellow!
I would like to have a new signature and I already have an idea, but me is not able to implement it:

So, I looked for good-looking frames but couldn't find one. Maybe someone of you would like to help me and has nice, simple frames that would match with the picture's style? It should surround the picture and also cover the connection of both pictures. Like this, but beautiful :'D
