Onto the tag:

There is no light source.
The tag doesn't flow.
There's no blending.
The solid blue background doesn't really go.

For your first couple of sigs it's good though. Mine was terrible. :lol Anyway, you'll learn more about what I said in tutorials, so I feel there's no real point elaborating. :') KIU, and good luck!
