I just need some advise on how I can improve this signature or what i shouldn't use in this signature.

Text is a fail,and i think its...there are too much brushes :/
Some parts of the hair are choppy :/
Its pretty lame IMO

just change the text it kills it D:, and I noticed the choppy parts of the hair =O
