Sig Request from Izzy-kun ♥

Hello NarutoBase,

I need someone to enhance a sig for me. It is okay now but it needs more work.

Things I need:

- Smaller size (just a tad)
- a nice border; not too thick just something simple
- add the text: NarutoBase

Effects: No sparkles or flash wipes please. I just want the picture to be enhanced a bit but not overdone.

Any help is appreciated.

Different text and make the text stand out a tad more. Not bigger just more noticable. Everything else is fine.
