yeah i had the same problem a few months ago

No one can upload pics for their sigs (except mods/admin I'd say/think) you have to hyperlink it/use BB codes.. But I'd make a album here on NB and up load your pic there (make sure its a public album) then copy and past the line of code that says BB from your album into your sig. and voila....
