idk if this is the right section but what is better for making Naruto sigs, Gimp or Photoshop?

Yeah but I made both your avatar as well as your sig with PS xd I say download PS with torrents if that is not an option go for gimp.

yeah i know that was my first try at gimp xd might get ps via torrent xd
