gimp is free use it as Idk if you have Photoshop.

I use Photoshop. The full size of a signature can only be 600x300, but I like it a little smaller. So maybe I do 520x300 or something like that. You have to resize/crop eaqch frame though, but in PS it does that part for you. I made the gif in my sig for an example of my gifs.
