Sig and Avy Request - Up to 1000 each

I'm going to be a bit frank: Don't bother attempting this unless you feel you make good avatars/signatures.

Now that that's out of the way, let's move onto the topic at hand. My request is for that of a Buggy the Clown (One Piece) avatar and signature. You don't have to attempt both, if you would like to just do an avatar, for example, that's fine.

I would like the avatar to be a 150x300, and as for the sig, I don't care; it's up to you. I don't have any particular image in mind, so that is also up to you.

As far as reward goes, I will be repping everyone who puts forth a legitimate effort, and paying those that I really like. (Maximum of 1000.)
