Ok i've seen some people saying that Itachi has low chakra cuz of his sickness but i don't think it's true. Sickness doesn't reduce your chakra. It only makes you feel bad and the disease could catch you during the fight, but that has nothing to do with chakra.

To show that they are not related at all, i'll compare him to Kimimaro.

Kimimaro was sick, even on the verge of death in the contrary of Itachi who was still fit, but he managed to fight really insanly against Naruto, Lee, and Gaara and use insane jutsus. Sickness only took a part when he was about to crush Gaara, but before that, he could spam his techniques without problems

You can even notice that in his databook he had 4.5/5 in chakra. That shows again that sickness isn't related to chakra at all. So the 2.5/5 Itachi has in his databook represent his chakra when he is healthy i think, but sickness could catch him and restrict him during the fight exactly like what happened to Kimimaro when he was about to beat Gaara. And it's the same what happened to Itachi during his fight against Sasuke

Sasuke even mentioned it while he was fighting Kabuto with Itachi's help. Sasuke knows Itachi was an Edo, so not suppose to be sick, but he asked him if he can still use Susanoo: That means he knows that Itachi naturally couldn't keep up Susanoo so long cuz he doesn't have a lot of chakra

Chakra=energy. How much energy do you have when you're ill?

Sickness gives rise to weakness. Even if his illness didn't affect his chakra... it still affected him in a negative way.

I think it fatigues you. I don't know if you've ever had the flu, but it hurts to get out of bed and use the bathroom. I'm assuming it takes a lot out of them to even move like that, let alone fight a battle.

It's what i'm saying. He was still affected but not in terms of chakra

This is correct. I don't know why people think that, it's never been stated in the databooks or the manga. The mere fact that we can use Kimimaro as an example discredits any theory regarding disease being a leading factor in the reduction of Itachi's chakra levels. In saying that, it most likely affected his fighting capabilities, but this is different to it affecting his chakra levels.

Your logic is flawed. Kimimaro may have fought like a boss while sick, but we have no idea how strong he was while he wasn't ill. Therefore we can't say that he wasn't weakened by his sickness; we don't have anything to compare it to. For all we know, Kimimaro was Kage level while healthy.

I should also note that chakra is formed using stamina and spiritual energy. Being sick lowers your stamina.

Not saying he wasn't weak. He was obviously weaker but only concerning the physical capacities, that has nothing to do with chakra. Being sick doesn't reduce your chakra. It's what i'm debating here
