So you want the anime to catch up with the manga and then hit a period where there's no anime for weeks cos the manga isn't far enough ahead?
Don't forget for each 2 manga there's 1 anime - (2weeks manga for every 1 week of anime.)

However i will admit.. most fillers are very boring and/pointless... they need to make them exciting like the past 2/3 current eps.

(Not point getting mad it's how it's always is and always will)

Well...not really, even though I never watch them, they are still better than nothing each week.
