Akainu sits down waiting patiently on the ground for he sensei to arrive to commence training he folds his leg together and closes his eyes as he begins to meditate and calm himself ahead of the viguorous training his about to undergo.

What Is rain Release?:Rain is a liquid which is created from or as a result of condensed atmospheric water vapour. It is used or created with the users chakra.

Rain is weak/strong to: Rain is weak to wind as it can disperse the formation of the clouds before the rain begins to form. Rain is strong against fire as it can be used to negate and burn off the effects of it.

Who are its users: Nagato and konan have been shown capable of using it.

[*]How can the technique be used in battle (combos with other moves/skils, creative use, etc); It can be used to disbalance the enemy to make him loose his footing on the ground, i for one will use this jutsu to unbalance him then using that opening as a chance i will follow up with a lightning technique or a rather fast technique.

[*]Limitations of the technique;Its a low ranking technique so it doesn't have any killing potential or can not really do any significant damage to the opponent to render him unable to continue a battle.

[*]How to counter the technique;Rain is weak to wind, so the opponent can blow a stream or blast of wind to disperse the water orb.

Description: When user makes it rain and then changes the compounds of the water(materials in the air).Then makes the rain sticky which binds the opponent in place for 2 turns.this jutsu lasts for 2 turns.

I'd like you to link me one of your recent fights please, just to chekc how you respond to your opponent during fights because you actually lack a little detail, but we can always work on that. Other than that, it says it would stick your opponent for two turns, but believe me, if your opponent get's stuck successfully, it would be easy to get out. How would you escape from this technique if it would glue you?

Yeah to be honest narration isn't really my strong suit but I always grasp the main core and principle of the jutsu which makes me to understand it without writing much either. I would use fire to melt the glue as heat can be used to tear it apart.
