Shuusai completes my Suiton training

Performing previous technique:

*I hastily position myself near the lake and perform the four required hand seals. As I'm doing this I focus my suiton chakra, making the water near the lake head towards a nearby boulder. As it heads towards the boulder I use shape manipulation to split the body of water into three separate streams of water, branching off from the top, left and right sides. The bodies of water then make contact with the rock at the same time however hitting the rock simultaneously in it's top, left and right sides, destroying it into little pieces. "That thing was an eyesore."*

Now I will give you some information about the Water element which is extremely handy during battles, at least remember or save this in a document and use it during battles.

• A-rank water vs A-rank fire: Water puts it out and continues. [C-Rank]
• S-rank water vs A-rank fire: Same as above. [B-Rank]
• A-rank water vs S rank fire: Both jutsus cancel each other out and steam is created, this steam is filled with chakra so it's handy to use it against a sharingan user causing him to not see where you are.

Now listen very carefully, stay still and just open your ears, you have to remember this during battles while fighting your opponent.

• Fire + Water = Steam, a good way to conceal yourself, the fire heats the water up and thereby turns it into steam. The Steam itself can't be used as an attack, but it's a great way to confuse your opponent.
  
• Wind + Water = Faster water, but apart from that, nothing really, maybe you could use it to spread your water more, or make some cool tornados, but jutsus like that already exists.
  
• Lightning + Water = Electric water, often used a brilliant combo, but it can backfire on you really bad, if you touch the water you loose the fight.
  
• Earth + Water = Mud, good at immobilizing your opponent, and even blinding your opponent, but unless you harden it with fire, it isn't exactly lethal or anything. [Only if you use example; S-Ranked technique against a B-Ranked earth technique]

I focus a huge amount of chakra trough my whole body, and eventually send it from underneath me, lowering the ground to my left (your right) into a twelve feet deep round hole when exactly afterwards spitting out a large current of water outta my mouth that splashes straight into the twelve feet hole, creating a large water source of twelve feet deep and twenty feet in width

*I begin by taking on a more balanced stance while simultaneously gathering suiton chakra. Once i've gathered enough I then release it, utilizing it once in contact with the body of water to manipulate the liquid appropriately in a circular manner. After a short amount of time a whirlpool is formed, and I then proceed to set my sites on a nearby rock structure that appears to be of the same height as me. The whirlpool heads towards the rock structure and upon contact, it acts as a suction that picks the target right up, and pulls it back towards the body of water that the whirlpool is connected to.*

Hmm, this is a great way to use the environment to your advantage in battle, if near a water source you can pull your opponent underwater and follow up with a lightning technique to send into the water that the target was pulled under.

However, it's obvious limitation is that if no water source is present, then it cannot be used, followed by it's range.

The best way to counter would be to use a strong lightning or earth technique to disperse the whirlpool heading towards you.

Yes, but don't use something like nagashi or something to defend yourself against this technique, because the lightning currents will simply travel trough the water and will get used against you, use something like Chidori Raimei or something, S-Ranked technique to protect yourself. Nonetheless, you better use a wind technique against this to shoot yourself upwards, or anything related to this. You cannot use a earth jutsu since you need contact with the earth, and the whirlpool will pull you in the water and push you back and forth within' the whirlpool, taking you off balance and off the ground. The moment you notice water drops surrounding you, or anything related to that, then react quickly, push yourself backwards/forwards/upwards something to avoid it or just defend yourself by using a technique that will defend yourself from it and simultaneously attack your opponent with it. Like hurricane fist, shooting it in a oblique way from underneath you, pushing the water against your opponent, along with wind and simultaneously send you backwards. Attack/Defense and avoidable all in one. ^_^

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

*I begin by performing the required hand seals Ram → Snake → Tiger while gathering my suiton chakra. I then release it from my mouth, spewing out a flammable black mist that forms as a small cloud. I then use manipulation to move the cloud above a tree and as it disperses, the tree becomes covered in flammable oil.*

I think that this is a great way pull off a good fire combination. On top of that it could be used as a means to use the opponents fire technique against them. So for example if the enemy had set up a fire wall, the user could send the cloud to the enemy, douse the in the flammable oil and then create a rock pillar to send them flying into their own fire wall.

Does no damage as it is supplementary and requires multiple hand seals to perform.

Best way to counter would be to use a wind technique to blow the cloud away before it disperses into the oil.

Yes indeed it’s a supplementary jutsu, will not harm the opponent before it triggered by fire jutsu but it also could distract the opponent intention while you perform your 2nd jutsu. Your combination also corrects, but remember about the time frame, and your details will cover the effect.

As they are standing next each other, Oasis stomp his right feet onto the ground, causing the ground a little shacking and rise up slowly, creating a small cliff where they both on top of it and in the edge of the cliff.
Now go create a water fall upon this cliff, and perform this 3 hand seal before. Oasis steps a few step back.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

*I run up and quickly climb to the top of the cliff, once there I then begin to gather my Suiton chakra while simultaneously forming the hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram. Once I've done this I then release it, creating a waterfall that crashes down below the small cliff and runs off into the distance.*

As stated in the description this technique can be used to hide the user's location from the enemy by confusing them.

I guess you'd have to be at an elevated height to be able to perform this technique.

By preventing the person from reaching an elevated height this technique can be prevented from use.

Yes indeed, it can be used to hide the user's location from the enemy, but it's also for relaxation for training development like Yamato create a large scale water fall for Naruto's training development.

*I begin by gathering my suiton chakra, proceeding to create a water clone right next to me. I then use shape manipulation to change the clone back into water, transforming it into four pointed projectiles that I aim towards a nearly rock structure. Once launched, upon contact the rock structure is pierced four times straight through.*

Great way to surprise an enemy not expecting the clone to quickly turn into projectiles that shoot at them.

Requires that a water clone be made first, as for it's limitation.

By creating a barrier in front of yourself one would be able to properly counter this technique

Yes indeed, it takes more time by creating a water clone before hand, but it also able to confused the opponent with they think you were creating only a regular clone to aid you, but in the end, it will attack the opponent instantly.
