I believe that Sakura's speed in equivalent to her strength.
Making her extremely fast.
Why?
Okay in the databook, her speed and strength are equal, both 3.
Sakura presuming had chakra enhanced strength in part 1, as she used the jutsu to enhance her speed in part 1 with Ino.
Not convinced, look at what Kakashi says.
This begins to make me doubt Tsunade even say the chakra enhanced strength jutsu, I think she is just naturally that strong, was it ever stated in the manga that she uses chakra to enhance her strength, or was it just seen in the anime ...anyway lol.
So now we know that she basically did the same thing, Kakshi worded it the same and everything. Which is why im confused as to Kakashi was shocked.
He seen her do it before, of course she wasn't going to use the strength part on Ino, lol.
So seeing as how Sakura speed and strength is equivalent and this is what her chakra is capable of doing to her strength now, that she has full control.
So logically her speed should be monstrous too.
So Shisui watch out.

And realize when she fought Sasori she has a 1 in speed and she was fast enough to avoid his attacks on her own. Chiyo said so.
