Obito soloed him with Shuriken a couple chapters back, he didn't even use Kamui until he warped him away withought plot there is no way he should be able to win Mokuton, Human Path, Genjutsu, Obito has so many ways to end him, Only way I see him giving Obito a good fight is if he still has the Kyuubi Cloak

Kakashi did absolutely nothing to even try and attack Obito. He was too shocked and emotionally touched. So you shouldn't bring this fight as an argument.
The proof is, even when he gained the resolve to fight, he still didn't want to kill Obito - that's why he punched him instead of raikiring him through the stomach.

It was on his BACK, not his clothes the hell is wrong with you? and another thing even if it did go away, what about Kakashi and his Kunai? which was given to him by the 4th himself? xD

It would be lame, plot wise, if he still carries that kunai around, and even more lame if he still has a mark on his back. If it really happens, it just proves that Kishi is building up the story as he goes... However, had he showed it way back as something important, that brings luck to Kakashi in battles or whatever, it had made sense.

I honestly do not see kakashi winning, obito is too strong, ms and rinnengan, but what I see happening is obito beating him
And a the same time, kakashi using talk no jutsu and telling him why he killed Rin, then obito will realize it was all staged by Madara.
