Alright guys... serious question. I promise this isn't me looking for attention.
I was born with a hole in my heart. While it closed up shortly after I was born, it has left my chest looking a bit concave. On top of that, I have a fast metabolism so I've always been really skinny. Naturally this has left me looking pretty bad for the beach or pool and I'm always really self concious about it. Its gotten to the point where my own mom will tell me,"Wow, Joe, you don't look very good. Try bringing your shoulders back more." Of course, my posture was fine and doing that would only make me look comical. However, a few months ago I started working out in hopes to correct the problem.
So my question is... do I still look bad and embarrassingly frail/skinny? I'm 5'9-5'10 and somewhere between 135 and 140 pounds (different scales read my weight differently). Btw I'm not flexing in the photo. I thought that would make me look like a tryhard lol
EDIT: Oh yeah... I forgot to mention my age. I turned 16 about a month ago.
How ironic. You spamming a thread to point out spam. I feel sorry for you. May the future bring you more intelligence and the skill to think before you act. Good day Ma'am.

You look fine dude. Try mass gainers perhaps while focusing on building mass around your chest, neck and shoulders. Especially your chest. That'll compensate the 'hole' above your plexus.
