Well, it's important you have fun in doing it. Maybe you can find some sports that you dwell in so deep you don't notice you're tired and at it for a while.

As for McDonalds..I prefer not to poison myself with ammoniac treated meat garbage, hormone treated cowmilk, pesticide spraid veggies and gmo crops.
