Yes they are, they are all called Tenketsu, it's just plot to prevent a clan of 8 Gate users. Not to mention Ootsutsuki like Kaguya and Momoshiki would be undefeatable with 8 Gates.

I wasn´t sure about that, but if that is case then its just a colossal nerf to Hyuga clan.

Just like how they nerfed them by restricting some OP jutsu and giving them only to main family .

Not at all. The eight gates are indeed tenketsu, and Hyuuga are skilled at manipulating tenketsu, but that's not what is required to use the gates. If you don't train your body to withstand the strain, it would just tear your body apart. A stronger body which has been trained for the 8 gates is what is crucial, not tenketsu control.
