Shouldnt SM enhance Edo tensei?

Yes it would. Just adding Orochimaru's chakra increased Kabuto's bind on the Edo minds.

So then why didnt the edos grow any stronger once Kabuto entered DSM?

Makes sense to me, but I'm not sure there's much more to enhance even if Sage Mode did.

I mean, Kabuto was already able to mess with specific ET's (see: Madara Uchiha) to make them even more powerful than when they were alive, so I don't think Kabuto'd really have a need to do more.

It would make each edo stronger.

HolyEyes just ended it. SM only works in a user internal body. The Edos themselves has to have the ability to use SM.
