Keeping this in mind, the Eternal Mangekyou Sharigan is awakened by transplanting the eyes of an Uchiha clan member with strong blood ties to the recipient (ie. a sibling).

With that being the case, as they're the same sharigan since Sasuke awakened his EMS by having Itachi's eyes transplanted, shouldn't Sasuke's Left Eye and by extension his Rinnegan be dead?
