Shouldn't Orochimaru not have memories of anything before placing the seal on Anko?

Well what happened to the other 2 snakes then did they crawl inside Kabuto/Anko? I didn't see them in Kabuto's lair when Orochimaru resurrected. I think all the snakes got burned, showing one of them perish implied they didn't make it past the wall of Amaterasu.

We don't know what happened because Kishimoto decided to give up on this plot segment. All we know is that out of the three, only one was killed.
