Shouldn't Obito's foot speed be fast af?

When Obito sends his entire body to Kamui's dimension, he becomes weightless in the real world, right? So, his foot speed should be fast beyond belief when in that state.

I would guess he could have an increased speed by traveling in his demension. It could be a condensed version of the Narutoverse and as such it could be like a concept of two steps in the demension is one step in the real world...
