Shouldn't Obito have some form of EMS?

He did implant another Uchiha eye into himself(the one he used for Izanagi) and I'm it wasn't the first or only sharingan replacement he used.

So wouldn't he develop and EMS through that?

Maybe since it was only 1 eye, he just had a small side effect of not losing his eyesight with the use of Kamui and not EMS as a whole. It would explain how he's not blind yet and yet he uses his MS more than any other character.

Kakashi already hinted his eyesight had begun to deteriorate back in early part 2.

He asks Itachi: "How far has your eyesight deteriorated?" How would he know that the MS causes your eyesight to deteriorate even though no one ever told him this? He couldn't have picked it up from what Kisame said last time Itachi fought Kakashi..so Kakashi must have found it out for himself.

Also, Kakashi's eye still bleeds while Obito's doesn't.

Obito's eyesight hasn't deteriorated, even though he used it more than Kakashi and his eyes don't bleed like Kakashi's.

The other eye would have to have MS as well. Also, you have to have some sort of close blood relation... and even then, you may not acquire EMS.
