but base just him and kaumi he is still very good but id say naruto one on one would beat him which leads me to believe sasuke would also be able to solo or draw with him very soon

Well he doesn't need to keep up too much. He won't get hit by Kamui all the time. I am definitely not saying that Kakashi is stronger.
Just stressing the fact that Kamui doesn't work on other space/time users so it can't be reason enough to proclaim Obito the strongest.

Technically yeah.
But don't expect Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama and Minato to be so easily caught by it. He doesn't have the long range ability so he needs to come very very close to them to attack.
And that wouldn't be so wise against either of these guys.

For example Hashirama can spam everything for more than 5 minutes. I think that's almost for granted.

Obito's Kamui is actually full of risk to use it for offense. If you would cause an explosion, Enton, Rasenshuriken, or any powerful chakra release, he will be damaged severly.

F.I. konan's explosion. He had to use Izanagi. Probably the same with Ama from Itachi... He can't use Izanagi anymore... so no more kamui for offense.

This makes him a lot weaker than most people think... His rinnegan implantation was only making him stronger when he had his 6 paths IMO, and with Juubi control. Without anything to control... he was better off with a second sharingan.

He's definitely one of the strongest shinobi alive in the series, but Kamui is not the only reason simply because it can be avoided by characters with speed feats.
I consider Obito powerful because he also has Mokuton and the Rinnengan.
