to use Susanoo? It's said that to use susanoo you have to have two eyes (of the sharingan). Well he has two his own and Madara's. and both have mangekyou so shouldn't he be able to use it

Probably has to be his own. And only madara can revert the eyes back to EMS. That might be an edo feat only too he hasnt changed it since he got revive maybe because he doesnt need to.
