Shouldn't Naruto being able to fuse Shima and Fusaku now?

Sorry to the community if this has being asked again.
When Naruto was learning Senjutsu at Mount Myōboku he couldn't fuse with Shima and Fusaku because Kurama was interfering. Thus he figured out to use shadow clones to gather natural energy and then cancel them to get that energy.
Now Naruto is considered a perfect host yet still he needs to gather natural energy first.
Your feedback pls.

Yeah, but he doesn't need them.

He can make clones to gather natural energy for him. :y

But, with Fukasaku and Shima should be better cuz, they can gather natural energy and transfer it to him all the time while he is fighting. :shrug:

It's still better than him using clones, and yes he can.

i'm sure he could fuse them right now, but i think having two frogs on your shoulder may be kinda annoying in the midst of battle... plus Naruto already put them in danger during the Pein fight, I don't think he'd do it again. Finally, I wonder if that may make switching between Sage mode and the Kurama cloak difficult, what waiting for two frogs to get off your shoulder and what have you...
