You're saying that Kaguya, a cannon character in the Manga, should have it and used Hamura to back it up when the Tiensegan was only used in the movie. So I asked if outside the movie it stated that Hamura had it and asked for a manga scan.
The OP is asking why Kaguya didn't have it when the Tiensegan never even appeared in the Manga. Saying "Hamura had it" as a defence is of little value when the Tiensegan wasn't used or even mentioned in the cannon manga. It's an element in a movie not the manga. If I'm wrong (genuine request) please show me where in the manga it mentions the Tiensegan.

Kishi never dismissed it as filler, so it's pretty much canon. By this logic, the Boruto Movie is also filler.

Kaguya doesn't have a rinnegan, I guess that's why she doesn't have a Tenseigan either.
From where I see it, as long as she has the chakra type of a Tenseigan holder like Hamura than she has the benefits of using the abilities of a Tenseigan to a limited extent.

not only is it a filler doujutsu, but one that didn't even exist in print before the manga it related to ended

everything else = extra-canonical a.k.a. filler b.k.a. milking a cash cow

databook = filler; and db is not even literature to begin with

and ALL movies are filler unless they are a closed re-telling of observable manga events, just like it is w/ anime tv series
